Between August 2009 and October 2010 we re-wired 35 properties and 244 kitchen and bathroom refurbishments at the Snow Hill estate in Bath.
Somer Housing and Mitie
In March 2011 we entered a 5 year framework agreement with Mitie to provide the electrical works for the refurbishment of 300 kitchens per year with an additional 150 re-wires per annum
Homes in Sedgemoor and Wates Living Space
In July 2011 we entered a 5 year framework agreement with Wates Living Space to provide the electrical works for the refurbishment of 400 kitchens per annum with an additional 180 re-wires
